Hong Kong Adventist College (HKAC) welcomes applicants from overseas.

Admission Requirements

Application Flow

Submission of Application
-
Email the completed Application Forms to info@hkac.edu.

Settle the Application Fee (see Overseas Application Checklist).

Document Verification
-
Submit Financial Guarantee Form and supporting financial documents.

Admission Interview
-
Attend a Zoom interview arranged by the College.
-

Admitted by the College
-
Receive Acceptance Letter and Payment Schedule if qualified.

Accept the Admission Offer
-
Settle Placement Deposit and Overseas Student Deposit for confirmation of the admission.

Visa Application Preparation
-
Submit visa application documents to HKAC staff for preliminary review (Comply with requests from Government here).

Visa Application Account Setup
-
HKAC staff will create the online visa application account.
-

Documents Upload
-
Complete and upload personal documents to the visa application page (Sponsor section is conducted by the college staff).

Visa Application Submission
-
HKAC staff will submit the visa application on behalf of the student.
-

Tuition Payment
-
Settle the full amount of tuition balance by 31 July 2026. Generally, late payment is NOT allowed.

Orientation Camp/Day
-
Orientation will be held at the first week of new semester. Absence of the Orientation should be applied in advance.

Students are supposed to arrive in Hong Kong prior to Orientation Camp/Day.

All students are expected to read the Bulletin/Student Handbook for guidance.

Course Registration
-
Follow the instructions from designated Academic Advisors and Registrar to complete course registration within the stipulated time.

Commencement of Classes
-
Classes will begin on 24 August 2026. Attendance of classes is recorded.

Important Dates

Application Period: 1 January 2026 – 31 May 2026

Admission Interview: ZOOM interview is arranged in 2 weeks after received application by the college

Acceptance Letter: 2 weeks after interview
-
Placement Deposit: Payment notice is supposed to be emailed with acceptance letter to admitted ones.

Visa Application: After Placement Deposit is settled, or before 15 June 2026
-
Orientation & Course Registration: 17 August 2026
-
Course Registration Period: 17 – 21 August 2026

Classes Commence: 24 August 2026

Application Fee: HKD 500

Overseas Student Deposit: HKD 5,000

Tuition Fee (Bachelor Programs): HKD 65,570 / year

Tuition Fee (Associate Programs): HKD 65,570 / year

Tuition Fee (Diploma Programs): HKD 38,280 / year

Residence Hall: HKD 68,580 (9 months, inclusive of 3 meals daily and laundry service)

Scholarships: Up to 80% of tuition fee (please refer to Scholarships & Financial Aid)
Study Visa Application

Upon accepting the admission offer, applicants must hold a valid travel document.
-
Non-local students are required to obtain a student visa issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
-
The visa approval process typically takes 6–8 weeks.
-
Applicants are strongly advised to apply for the student visa immediately after accepting the admission offer.
