The President
Frank Wai-ming Tam, B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D.
Dr. Frank Tam was born and raised in Hong Kong. He received his bachelor degree in chemistry from Andrews University in 1980. He started his teaching career in Hong Kong Adventist College in 1982. From then on, he had worked as college registrar, secondary principal, university lecturer and as the principal of Hong Kong Adventist Academy before his retirement. Currently he works as a volunteer in the Hong Kong Macau Conference as Education Director.

Vice President - Academic
Barbara Choi Kit Chun, B.SC nursing, MPH, Dr. PH
Dr. Barbara Choi was born and raised in Hong Kong. She earned her General Nursing Diploma from Hong Kong Adventist Hospital School of Nursing (1970) and a Bachelor of Nursing from Southern Adventist University (1975). She then transitioned her career focus from curative to preventive medicine, obtaining her Master of Public Health (1978) and Doctor of Public Health (1985) from Loma Linda University School of Public Health. Since 1970, Dr. Choi has dedicated her career to serving the Adventist Church in multifaceted roles including: •Academic Dean & Department Head •Education Director (Chinese Union Mission) •Health Director (Local, Union, and Division levels) •Professor of Health •Hospital Administrator & Nursing School Director •Nursing Tutor •Internationally recognized expert in Lifestyle Medicine training.

Vice President - Finance
Hosea Yeung, MBA, CPA, CGA
Mr. Hosea Yeung has been serving as business manager of Hong Kong Adventist College since 1992. Mr. Yeung obtained a 4-year Diploma in Business Management at Hong Kong Adventist College in 1984 and then went to the United States to study at Andrews University in 1988. He graduated with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in 1990. Mr. Yeung is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CGA) since December 1997.

Student Affairs Officer
Jacky Timothy Yeung, B.Min., M.A., Ph.D.
Dr. Jacky Yeung earned his Doctorate from Andrews University, with a research focus in biblical studies, theology, and curriculum and instruction within Christian education. He currently serves as a volunteer pastor at Bayview Seventh-day Adventist Church. His educational philosophy emphasizes a learner-centered approach, fostering active engagement and personal growth among students. Beyond classroom instruction, he values building meaningful relationships with students through informal interactions and mentorship.
