The enrollment of our students in Walla Walla College affiliated program increased 3.7 times due to your achievement in language proficiency compared to that of last year. The seriousness in your studies has helped 43% of you College students earned your overall GPA of 3 and above.
We are proud of you, teachers. Your effort in providing students extra re-medial classes, your helps in the promotion and recruitment in-campus and off-campus, and your support in student retention, have helped increase the College enrollment by 20%, and maintain the retention rate to about 96%.
We are proud of you, the team in the campus ministry. We recognized that the positive attitude that our students have toward the Gospel, SDA value system, and Christian standards owes very much to you. It has been the result of the combined efforts of the Religious Affairs Committee, the Division of Religion, and the youth ministry of the College church.
The Theme of the Year has been Grow Deeper, Grow Better? When our faculty and staff grow deeper in the Christian philosophy of Education, we will stay on course with our mission. When our students grow deeper, we lay foundation for our spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social development.
