To request your official transcript from Hong Kong Adventist College:

Fill out the transcript request form ( PDF) and send with the HK$100 fee for Local and HK$150 fee for International (if appropriate) or send a letter which includes all the information from the form (signature is required) with the $100 fee for Local and $150 fee for International (if appropriate) to:

1111 Clear Water Bay Road,
Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong

1st copy of the transcript is free. Subsequence copy will be (per copy):
HK$ 100 Local address
HK$ 150 oversea address

Transcripts will be sent out promptly unless financial clearance cannot be obtained at Hong Kong Adventist College. Contact the student accounts office if you have questions about this clearance.
